Banlabit gives you two options — Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off) and Long-Term Self-Exclusion।

To temporarily suspend:

• Log in → Click on the profile icon → Select "Responsible Gaming".
• Under "Cooling-Off Period", choose from 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Once confirmed with an OTP, your account will be deactivated instantly.

For long-term exclusion: Email support@banlabit.com or let us know via live chat. Self-exclusion is available from 6 months up to permanent — it takes effect within 24 hours. Your account balance remains safe throughout any suspension or exclusion period.

Banlabit defaults to Bengali and is designed with Bangladeshi users in mind. That said, you can switch the language whenever you need to.

Steps to change language:

• After logging in, look for the "Language" option in the top-right corner of the screen or in the profile menu.
• Choose your preferred language from these two options — Bengali (Bangladesh) and English.
• Saving your preference will refresh the page and display it in the new language.

You can also change the language in the mobile app the same way, through the Settings menu. Your language preference is saved to your account — it will remain the same the next time you log in.

Banlabit uses the highest standard of technology to protect your information and funds. Every connection is 256-bit SSL (TLS 1.3) Encryption— secured, meaning everything sent from your browser or app to our servers is completely unreadable by any third party.

Fund Security:

• User funds are held in a secure account kept entirely separate from the company's own finances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours — if there's a delay, contact support.
• Larger withdrawals may require additional identity verification (KYC).

Some details can be updated directly from "Profile Settings," while others require assistance from support.

You can change it yourself:

• Profile picture, display name, and email address (subject to verification).
• Communication preferences and notification settings.

Must be changed through support:

• Full name and date of birth — Cannot be changed directly after KYC verification. Send a copy of your NID or passport to support.
• Registered mobile number — Changing this requires support approval for security reasons. Contact us via live chat or at support@banlabit.com with both your old and new number.

Mobile number change requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours and require OTP verification on both numbers.

An accumulator or "multi-bet" lets you combine two or more match outcomes into a single bet. All selections must be correct to win — if even one is wrong, you lose the bet. However, the potential returns can be significantly higher than a single bet.

How to do it:

• Go to the Sports section and click your preferred odds on the first match — it will be added to your Bet Slip.
• Keep adding selections this way — 2, 3, 5, or more matches — one at a time.
• Select the "Accumulator" or "Multi" tab on the bet slip.
• Enter your stake — the combined odds and potential winnings will be calculated automatically.
• Click "Confirm Bet" and you're done.

For example: if the odds across 3 matches are 1.80, 2.00, and 2.50 — the combined odds come to 9.00. A ৳500 bet would return ৳4,500 if all selections win.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a standard security process — it keeps your account safe and helps prevent fraud. It is typically required for your first large withdrawal (৳5,000 or more) or when requesting an increase to your account limits.

Required documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — Clear photos of both front and back (JPG/PNG, max 5 MB).
• Or Photo of the first page of your passport (info page).
• In some cases Bank statement or mobile banking transaction screenshot May be requested.

How to deposit:

• Go to the "Verify" or "Verify Account" section in your account settings.
• Upload a clear photo of your document.
• Typically after deposit Within 24–72 hours Verification is complete.
