banlabit Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the banlabit platform. "banlabit", "we", and "us" refer to the operating entity behind banlabit. "You" or "user" refers to any person who uses this platform.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in Bangla. In the event of any interpretation dispute, the Bangla version shall be considered final. banlabit reserves the right to update these terms at any time — users will be notified via their registered email or a platform notification.

These Terms apply only to individuals aged 18 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using an account.

When creating an account on banlabit, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. banlabit reserves the right to close any account registered with false or misleading details.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found registered to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

For account verification purposes, banlabit may request the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• OTP for mobile number verification
• Proof of payment method verification (where applicable)
• Proof of address document (required for large withdrawals)

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. This is part of banlabit's security policy and is in place to protect users.

The minimum deposit at banlabit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳300. Currently supported payment methods are Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposits are usually processed instantly. However, banlabit is not liable for delays caused by technical issues or MFS operator errors. Please contact support if this occurs.

Key terms relating to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Any winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Banlabit reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). banlabit's established exchange rates apply for any currency conversion.

Banlabit offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

Wagering Requirement: To convert bonus funds into withdrawable balance, you are generally required to wager the bonus amount a set number of times. This wagering requirement varies per bonus and is specified in the offer details.

General rules regarding bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is applicable once per user (unless otherwise stated).
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Banlabit reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, banlabit reserves the right to investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during the review.

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing Sports Bets on banlabit:

Bet Acceptance: banlabit reserves the right to decline any specific bet or adjust odds, particularly when significant changes occur before a match begins (such as team lineup changes or weather conditions).

• Cancelled Matches: If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned to the user.
• Incomplete Matches: If a match is played for less than the required duration, banlabit's adjudication team will assess the situation and make a decision accordingly.
• In-Play Betting: Odds may change during live betting due to internet latency — banlabit will process bets at the last confirmed odds.
• Odds Error: banlabit reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious technical error has resulted in abnormal odds.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies to each match and market — this varies depending on account level and market type.

Banlabit offers betting on a wide range of sports including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and eSports. Different bet type rules apply for each sport.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on banlabit. Any such activity, if detected, will result in permanent account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts under one individual
• Creating an account using another person's identity
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or systematically avoiding wagering requirements
• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method
• Exploiting technical errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to access another user's account

Banlabit is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. These rules are strictly enforced for the benefit of all legitimate users.

All content on the banlabit platform — including logos, designs, software, text, images, and audiovisual elements — is protected under banlabit's intellectual property rights.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following actions are prohibited without prior authorization:

• Publishing or distributing banlabit content on other platforms
• Using the logo or brand name for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering the platform's software

Third-party content (such as live score data and match information) is subject to the respective provider's license.

Banlabit provides its platform on an "as is" basis. banlabit is not liable for:

• Missed bets due to internet outages or third-party service failures
• Unauthorized access to a user's account that results from the user's own negligence
• Losses arising from delayed or failed MFS operator transactions
• Financial losses arising from sports results or changes in odds

Banlabit's total liability for any single incident is capped at the amount held in the user's account at that time.

Banlabit may update these Terms & Conditions in part or in full at any time. Users will be given at least 7 days' notice via their registered email or a platform notification. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account and your balance will be returned.

Reasons for Account Closure:

• At the user's own request — an account can be closed at any time
• Long-term inactive accounts — a notice will be sent after 24 months of inactivity
• Due to a terms & conditions violation — funds may not be returned in such cases

Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, banlabit will lock the account for the specified period. No bonuses or promotional offers will be available during this time.
